  1. 1Cut 300 g boneless chicken into 2 cm cubes and set aside.
  2. 2In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 1 tbsp water. Add the chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Add 2 chopped green chilies and 1 finely sliced garlic clove. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. 5Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until the chicken turns opaque and slightly browned.
  6. 6Pour in 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, and 1 tsp vinegar. Mix well to coat the chicken.

  8. 8Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped spring onions and serve hot with steamed rice or garlic naan.
