  1. 1Finely chop the onion, tomato, cucumber and green chilli.
  2. 2Roast the peanuts lightly if not already roasted, then cool.
  3. 3In a large bowl combine puffed rice, chopped veggies and peanuts.
  4. 4Add sev, chopped coriander and chaat masala.
  5. 5Drizzle over the mustard oil and squeeze in lemon juice.
  6. 6Sprinkle black salt and chilli powder.
  7. 7Toss everything vigorously so the flavours coat the puffed rice.
  8. 8Serve at once while crisp, before it turns soft.
