  1. 1In a large mixing bowl, combine 200 g murmura (puffed rice) with 50 g roasted peanuts and 10 g roasted cumin powder.
  2. 2Add 30 ml tamarind chutney and 30 ml green chutney to the bowl.
  3. 3Toss gently until the murmura is evenly coated and the chutneys are well distributed.
  4. 4Add 10 g sev (crispy chickpea noodles) and 10 g chopped fresh coriander.
  5. 5Sprinkle 5 g roasted cumin seeds and a pinch of chaat masala over the mixture.
  6. 6Toss again lightly to combine all ingredients without crushing the murmur.
  7. 7Transfer to serving plates and garnish with a few thin slices of green chilli.
