Method

  1. 1Heat oil and fry chopped onions until golden.
  2. 2Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies; saute.
  3. 3Stir in turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and pav bhaji masala.
  4. 4Add chopped tomato and cook to a thick base.
  5. 5Add the mutton mince and cook, breaking up the lumps.
  6. 6Splash in water, cover and cook until the kheema is tender.
  7. 7Crack in the eggs and scramble them through the mince.
  8. 8Ghotala everything together until just set and glossy.
  9. 9Finish with lemon juice and coriander.
