  1. 1Mix 200 g amaranth flour with rock salt, cumin, chopped green chilli and coriander.
  2. 2Add warm water a little at a time and knead into a soft, pliable dough.
  3. 3Rest the dough 10 minutes so it firms up.
  4. 4Divide into balls and roll each gently between greased sheets or with dry amaranth flour.
  5. 5Slide onto a hot griddle and cook until the base sets.
  6. 6Flip, brush with oil and press until both sides show golden spots.
  7. 7Serve hot with vrat curd or potato sabzi.
