  1. 1Soak the sabudana in just enough water for 4 hours until fluffy.
  2. 2Boil, peel and mash the potatoes until smooth.
  3. 3Dry-roast the peanuts, cool and crush them coarsely.
  4. 4Combine sabudana, potato, peanuts, green chilli, cumin and salt.
  5. 5Knead lightly and shape into flat round patties.
  6. 6Deep-fry in hot oil on medium heat until golden and crisp.
  7. 7Drain on paper and serve hot with chutney.
